Attic Insulation Serving Riverton and Salt Lake County

We started Frostgate Trust to deliver attic insulation work that fits the realities of homes in Riverton Meadows, Western Springs, and Harvest Park. From our base at 50 W Broadway in Salt Lake City, our crew travels daily into Riverton and the surrounding neighborhoods of Draper, South Jordan, and Herriman, where many houses built in the last few decades sit on the flat valley floor and face the same temperature swings.

Salt Lake County winters drop well below freezing while summers push into the nineties, so we focus on sealing and insulating attics to hold heat in when it is cold and keep it out when it is hot. The semi-arid conditions also mean dry air that can let small gaps around vents and light fixtures leak energy fast, which is why we pay close attention to those details on every job near Riverton City Park or the Old Dome Meeting Hall.

We keep our schedule open around the clock so homeowners can reach us any time a sudden cold snap or heat wave makes the attic problem obvious. Our team works from the same address every day and returns to the same neighborhoods week after week, learning the quirks of local construction instead of treating every house the same.
